Softener:

Softener are used as a Hardness removal system. Resin are the agent which replaces the Ca & Mg Ions from the water and reduce the scaling issues in Industries & Commercial applications.

De-Mineralization:

De-mineralization is a bed of cationic and anionic resin in an individual column. DM is installed after the RO plant to achieve less than 10 TDS for process use.

Mix-Bed

Mix Bed is a single column of Cationic & Anionic resin. It is installed after DM plant as a Polishing unit to achieve High purity water for process.

Iron & Fluoride Removal Filter

Water with iron contamination is not safe to drink, while in industry water with heavy metal is not suitable to use for process. To remove the iron from water resin is being used with oxidizing reagent injection.
